Every day was a new adventure and for us, the seven nights aboard ‘Sea Lion’ and the transit through the Panama Canal were a highlight. Thank you for another wonderful holiday.  We were exceptionally well looked after - as usual.  You describe your holidays as “personally escorted”, but with you these two words acquire a special meaning.  The old adage of getting what you pay for isn’t quite right here; we feel that we get more than we pay for.

It was a smashing trip to Costa Rica and Panama. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our warmest thanks for all your efforts to make the holiday such a success.

Thank you for the most interesting and unique holiday we have ever had. We have travelled with you before to the Galapagos and Ecuador and found that your attention to detail was outstanding, you this time managed to surpass your own very high standards and delivered an outstanding holiday. Within the 19-day holiday we felt that we had four completely different holidays, being immersed in the culture and wildlife of each different area we visited. The hotels that you chose were to the very highest standard, the food was fantastic with the added bonuses of unscheduled treats thrown in made it fantastic. The private dinner venues were well thought out, not many people get to dine at the side of the pools with a warm breeze blowing at the Marriott Hotel San Jose. We cannot say what our most outstanding moments have been throughout this holiday, was it the dolphins jumping outside of our cabin window on the well appointed National Geographic Sea Lion ship which took us on our 7 day cruise expedition, or lunch at the La Casona de Cafetel Restaurant by the Cachi Lake in the Orosi Valley, there were too many to list, many thanks again we will be back for more of your holidays.

Thank you once more for organising such an excellent holiday, we had a wonderful time, your attention to detail and care of your clients is first class. We saw some beautiful displays of the Northern Lights and enjoyed the impromptu Question and Answer session on our final evening with members of the MS Midnatsol crew. It was very interesting and informative. We both say a Furlongs holiday is like travelling with friends. Thank you once again for a wonderful holiday.

We had been looking forward to this holiday for months. It far exceeded our expectations. The scenery, the thrills, the fun, new friends and MS Midnatsol all contributed to making a holiday up there with the best either of us had ever experienced. And then - Richard and Dawn. What can we say other than a huge thank-you for your hard work, help and guidance. You were always there on hand but never in an obtrusive way. Finally the NORTHERN LIGHTS!  The icing on the cake. We will be back.
